Just a Splash

This custom boat bar was a long time dream of one Wood & Clay client. Designed and built by in-house craftsmen, the creative process was an organic one, starting with a visit to the local boatyard and ending with a masterpiece that incorporated every item on the wish list. Constructed from mahogany, teak, and holly, the traditional materials of a classic wooden boat, “Just a Splash” was built to fit perfectly into the existing space and lifestyle of the clients who commissioned it. Built without blueprints or an architect’s input, this piece is a perfect example of how Wood & Clay craftspeople rise to the occasion when presented with a unique and difficult challenge.
