Seamless Expansion

An existing waterfront rental property was reenvisioned to include additional spaces for the owners’ personal retreat. Great attention was paid to the design and construction to ensure that old and new melded into a cohesive and comfortable space for all to enjoy. Butternut paneling, burl accents and fir floors, beams, and ceiling come together in the game room to create a fun and cozy space. Brick floors, wrought iron rails and stained oak stairs meet in the foyer to create a unique and welcoming entry. Custom-built berth beds and a wany-edged focal piece are just a few of the custom built furnishings that finish off the space.
